 Day 3 Embryo Transfer: For a 3-day embryo transfer, 263 days are added to the transfer date to determine the estimated date of delivery.

 Egg Retrieval Date: If calculating from the egg retrieval or donor egg collection date, 266 days are added directly, as this date represents fertilization day.
